Today was my official first day of summer! :) The last day of school for me was..... Oh, man. It went by way too fast. I had the best school year I've had in a long time, this year... Not only did my troubles end, I made many new friends, learned so much, made so many wonderful memories and had the time of my life, but I'm passing into the next grades with the highest end-of-the-year grades I've ever had in my life. :) Anyways, it was such an amazing day. So yesterday, after my home town's parade, we were invited to take our animals to the grand opening of Coastal Farm and Feed. It was a huge event, complete with a local country station and Pro Rodeo there, and a burger feed, everything supporting and raising money to help fund 4H! 4H in my county has been dealt serious budget cuts, and has ultimately been cut from my county entirely. For every 4Her and many others, it's devastating. However, with the help of these wonderful people and concerned locals, we're making a comeback! The vote will be placed on Friday whether or not we get to stay; if it passes, we'll be funded through the next 5 ye
